Savory dressing with fresh yellow squash, cornbread, and sage that would be great as a side for a fall meal. Try some squash from the farmers market.

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 cups cornbread crumbs
