
This super-quick dessert-snack requires no measurements. Just spread tortillas with pumpkin and marshmallow creme, sprinkle with spice and brown in the skillet.
Spread pumpkin on one half of the tortilla and marshmallow creme on the other half (do not spread all the way to the edge.) Lightly sprinkle spice over pumpkin.
Fold over and brown on both sides in oil or butter in hot skillet till golden and crisp. Cut into wedges, if desired.
More pumpkin, marshmallow creme and spice may be mixed to taste and used for dipping quesadillas.
Notes:
Any size tortillas may be used, depending on appetite. Ratio of pumpkin to marshmallow creme and amount of spice can be varied, according to taste.
