|8 oz||Cream Cheese, cubed and softened|
|½ cup||Heavy Whipping Cream|
|3 Tbsp||Brown Sugar Splenda|
|½ tsp||Each Maple Extract & Vanilla Extract, and rum (if desired|
|2 cups||Canned Pumpkin|
|2 tsp||Pumpkin Pie Spice|
Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed. Pour into 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Chill for two hours before serving.
