Pineapple Stuffing

This simple recipes goes well with ham and chicken dinners. It can be served hot or cold. It can also be served as a dessert or topping to ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 6 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in one egg at a time until well combined. Stir in crushed pineapple. Place bread cubes in pan and pour pineapple mix over bread. Very carefully stir together until bread is just moist. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until top is browned.
