Ham, cranberries, broccoli and Swiss cheese, baked in a quiche made with eggs and Bisquick baking mix.

  • Servings: 4-6


2 cups Cubed Smoked Ham
1 cup Cooked, cooled cranberries
1 cup Cooked Broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Chopped Onion
2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Dozen Eggs, whisked or beaten
1 cup Whole Milk
½ cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1 tsp Rock Salt
1 tsp White Pepper


Whisk eggs and set aside.

Saute onions until golden brown in butter or olive oil.

When onions are just soft add ham, cranberries, broccoli (so veggies pick up the onion, butter flavor).

Beat whisked eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper, cheese until all are incorporated.

Add remaining ingredients and place into one large glass pie pan.

Cook at 350 degrees F.

Cook quiche for approximately 35-40 minutes or until middle is set and top is golden brown.

Be patient, this quiche looks so good you'll want to dig right in, but let it set for about 10 min. before cutting.

Helpful Tips:

Make sure broccoli is cooked only util it is soft; it will soften a bit while cooking in quiche. Serve this main brunch dish with hash browns cooked in pork fat (such as bacon), onions & green peppers.
