|1 can||(30 Ounces) Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix|
|1 can||(5 Ounces) Evaporated Milk|
|2 pkgs||(2.1 Ounces Each) Athens Mini Fillo Shells|
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs. Spoon into filo shells. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. Before serving top with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg. Enjoy immediately.
