A wonderful fall, or Thanksgiving meal, with turkey, stuffing and cranberries!

  • Total Time: 1 1/4 hours


¼ cup Half & Half, warmed
½ cup Dried Cranberries
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 stalk Celery, chopped
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
¾ cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1¼ lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg, lightly beaten
½ cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
½ tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard


In a small bowl, pour warm pour half and half over the cranberries to soften. Let sit at least five minutes. In a medium skillet, saute onion and celery in olive oil until translucent, 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer two minutes, whisking occasionally. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, egg, broth, parsley, salt and pepper. Add

onions and celery, cranberry and half and half, then mix until just combined. Form into a loaf and place into a loaf pan. Pour half of the glaze over meatloaf and place in a 350 degree oven and bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven and pour remaining glaze on top. Return to oven and bake another ten minutes. Remove from oven, slice and serve.

Helpful Tips:

This is a great recipe if you don't want to cook an entire turkey. You can divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and shape into ovals for individual mini-loaves.
