Boil sweet potatoes in their skins until fork-tender. Peel and mash with mixer. Add butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Blend well. Using lightly moistened hands or a spoon, cover each marshmallow with some of the sweet potato mixture. Roll in some of the crushed cereal and place in a shallow baking dish or pan. Drizzle with desired amount of caramel topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes to melt the marshmallow and warm the topping.
