Cranberry/Pineapple Salad

Fresh cranberries, orange and pineapple are added to raspberry or cherry gelatin for a festive side salad.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 -- 3oz pck rasberry or cherry jello (regular or sugar free)
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 orange --peeling and all
  • 3/4 cup sugar (regular or Splenda)
  • 1 lge can crushed pineapple-drained

Method

1. Mix jello with boiling water 2. Chop cranberries and orange in blender or food processor-- add some of the liquid jello mixture to the blender for better chopping. 3. In bowl add pineapple and sugar to all jello mixture and chopped cranberries and orange mixture. 4. Pour into 8"x9" pan and put in refrigerate to set up. When set, serve.

 

Notes: Can be served with Cool Whip if desired
