A great side dish for your holiday menu and so easy to make-the corn bread comes from a box mix.
Cook corn bread mix according to directions on the box.
Boil chicken until fully cooked.
Chop up celery, onions and boiled eggs.
Once corn bread is finished, crumble into large bowl and mix together with shredded chicken and remaining chopped ingredients.
Pour into baking pan. Pour a little chicken broth over the entire dry ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Notes:
This is a great change from white bread dressing.
