
Healthy yams, baked in a sauce with orange juice, brandy, orange rind and brown sugar.
Place yams in greased 2 quart baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients into a heavy duty sauce pot and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour sauce over yams and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
6 servings.

This is a very easy and delicious yam dish. It's always a winner at the potluck suppers.
