Apple Cider Turkey

Roast your holiday turkey with apples and cider and brush with butter until golden. Prepare the gravy with the cider drippings.
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Turkey
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Apples, cored and sliced
- 4 Cups Apple Cider
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 T Butter
- 2 T all-purpose Flour

Method
1.) Wash and dry turkey. 2.) Season with salt and pepper, stuff cavity with apple slices. Place 2 cups Apple Cider in Roasting pan. 3.) Roast turkey at 350 Degrees until done about 2 1/2-3 hours depending on size. Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and return to oven till outer skin is nicely golden brown. 4.) When turkey is done set aside. 5.) Melt remaining butter in pan, mix in flour, and juices from pan. Add in remaining apple cider. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. 6.) Serve the apple cider gravy on the turkey. 7.) Enjoy
Notes: This is one of my family favorites, try it once you'll be hooked on the great flavor of te meat, and the oh so sweet gravy.
